This option applies to an individual without child[ren] or with child[ren] over the age of 18. This individual can be married or single.
Will (Option 2)
$150.00 + Tax
This option applies to an individual with minor child[ren]; child[ren] under the age of 18. This individual can be married or single.
Medical Power of Attorney
$50.00 + Tax
This option is for a Medical Power of Attorney.
Statutory Durable Power of Attorney
$50.00 + Tax
This option is for a Statutory Durable Power of Attorney.
